I always try to seek out expert help in key areas of life - nutrition for me has always been a vital but long-neglected one. Working with Jane was fantastic. She gave me a manageable plan with well-thought out stages and systems that worked with my lifestyle (let's face it, I was never going to get into cooking...or even meal planning!) The results: increased energy levels, less "sugar-searching", reduction in visceral fat (that wasn't a goal) and so many other outcomes..and weirdly, my dreams changed!
I like the way Jane worked with my personality e.g. desire to understand the science, the need to systematize a plan of action, giving me easy action points that weren't too draconian. She couldn't be kinder and more lovely - just chatting felt like a big virtual hug each time. BIG RECOMMENDATION.

My doctor was impressed at how far I've come since Jane advised me. I don't have to take statins or painkillers anymore and I rarely have to use my inhaler. I follow her plan and I am eating the right foods and taking the right supplements now. She even showed me the right exercises to do. She is a blessing for me because I am not suffering now.

I’ve worked with a nutritionist before and Jane’s service was much more in-depth and easier to adapt.
I was anxious and had a thyroid condition. I felt like I had tried everything and that I had no control over my body. For anyone hesitating about working with Jane, give it a try – it is so enlightening to know how your body works.
I’d recommend her to anyone who’s never thought that their mood could have something to do with their eating habits. I saw Jane for issues with mental health, weight management, diabetes, low energy, and high blood pressure. I was relying too much on treatment of symptoms through medication rather than making more effort to look at root causes. I did not feel good in myself and definitely felt 'stuck' and unmotivated to get myself moving in the right direction.
What I like most about her service is how detailed, in depth and tailored it is to me and based on my individual needs, rather than general/standard advice and solutions that I received from NHS. :) Jane takes a very gentle and non-judgmental approach, listening and suggesting rather than dictating.
