Frequently Asked Questions
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care.
I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns.
Nutritional therapy is relevant for those with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health, wellbeing, and performance.
Practitioners consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.
Nutritional therapy is not a replacement for medical advice and any client with 'red flag' signs or symptoms will be referred to their medical professional.
Nutritional therapists frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in your care to explain any nutritional therapy program that has been provided.
Yes! I offer single sessions for £200, and follow ups for £150 each.
So why packages?
Most clients realise they would like more than one session to get them closer to their desired outcome, and end up spending more than they need to.
Packages include an initial consultation with follow-up consultations all at a reduced price. For example, the Starter package is £300 for an initial consultation and a follow up. This enables you to save money as the sessions build up.
Packages give me time to dig deeper into your case as I learn more about you so that I can offer you the best possible care.
Depending on how you get on, we may also need to adjust your plan to make sure it stays relevant.
Packages build stronger collaborative relationships. In my experience, clients have the best outcomes with regular support and accountability.
Package clients also get a 20% 'legacy' discount on post-package follow-up sessions.
Lasting changes take repetition, time for your body to adapt, ongoing accountability, and a mindset shift, which is rarely achieved after just one session.
No. I see clients with symptoms ranging from mild to chronic or acute. I'll help you take your gut-brain health to the next level, even if it's already pretty good.
Not normally but I accept special requests. In special cases I may create a sample menu. I aim to boost your confidence in your food choices so that you can keep it all up easily, even after your program has ended. This is to give you more freedom and less stress over having to 'stick to' any set meal plan or recipe.
I do hours of research to make sure my supplement recommendations are within your budget, but even then, you're not required to buy or use them if cost is an issue, or if you prefer to work only with food and lifestyle techniques.
Plenty of clients choose to use supplements to complement their protocols where a need is shown through symptoms, appropriate testing, or a diagnosis.
I aim for supplements to be used temporarily, where possible. I only recommend those backed by peer-reviewed evidence by brands that offer quality assurance.
I offer monthly payment plans dependent on the package you choose. Drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
No internal examinations or disease state diagnoses will be made.
I use clinical evaluation methods to help me understand the link between your biochemistry, emotional, and structural elements of your body. These will involve your hair, face, nails, eyes, and tongue.
I don't diagnose conditions. If it's necessary, I will write a referral letter for your registered doctor for further testing, based on your symptoms, test results, genetic or medical history.
Just shoot an email request to email@example.com including the recipient's name, your name, and the program required.
Normally, if you live in London I can meet you in the comfort of your own home. This option comes with additional travel costs.
To comply with government COVID-19 guidelines, until further notice, all consultations will be online via free Zoom video calls.
