I trained for three years at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine after 15 years of struggling with multiple diagnoses related to anxiety and burnout syndrome. I was given antibiotics, antispasmodics, sleeping pills, antidepressants and other prescriptions for my symptoms, but these didn't address the underlying causes and often gave me new symptoms.
With nutritional therapy I finally managed to settle my anxiety, chronic insomnia, embarrassing IBS episodes, anaemia, relentless acne, excessive hair loss, and other signs of chronic stress. I have never felt more switched on or aligned.
